Personal Guarantees
"Easy-Exit" Buyer Agency Agreement:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with her performance, you may cancel your buyer agency agreement with 24-hour written notice, and we will both move on. This option is available as part of Marion's "You Are In Control" policy.
Privacy Guarantee:
Your privacy is paramount and will be respected at all times. None of the information that you provide to Marion will be shared or sold.
Prompt Response Guarantee:
We understant that awhen you make a requesst from our Web you want a prompt response, so we try to answer every email from this site personally and ASAP.
We pledge to you that we will answer your emails quickly. You will be pleased with how quick and complete our response is.
"Love It or Leave It" Guarantee:
If you purchase the home of your choice through Marion Morton and find within 6 months of the closing date that you cannot stand to live in that house, then Marion Morton will find you a new home and refund her commission on that purchase, if you enter into a new Buyer Agency Agreement with her and purchase another home in Pinehurst or elsewhere in Moore County, N.C. within one year of closing on the first house purchase. This reimbursement will be paid at closing of the new house purchase.
The following conditions must be met:

You must have purchased the home through Marion Morton / Pinehurst NC Real Estate.

You agree to have your home listed in the Pinehurst/Southern Pines listings database.

You agree to sign a new 6-month Buyer Agency Agreement with Marion Morton at the same time that you sign the listing agreement to sell the current home.

If you purchase a new house in Moore County that is listed with a local database member company within six months of the date of the new Buyer Agency Agreement for at least the price of the first house you bought, Marion Morton will reimburse you the commission she received for the first transaction at the closing of the second purchase.
